After having one previous driving instructor, with whom I got nowhere, I came across John . As I wanted to pass ASAP I took a 15 hour intensive course. John was very professional and with his style it was easy to see how well I was progressing. John knows all there is to know about cars and driving but in addition he understands us as individuals which helps overcome the problem quickly. Though I failed at the first attempt due to my silly error, passing the test second time around with a low number of minors was such a relief. Would I recommend John ? 100%!

I cannot believe it I passed second time today, when I thought I had failed and I owe this all to my instructor John who is a absolute legend of a driving instructor and is one of the best instructors there is. He was always very patient and when it was all getting too much for me and I felt like giving up, he made sure I didn’t. I would like to also like to say thanks for making it fun, my lessons always entertaining and the fashion advice (I’d stick to the day job). I will definitely miss my lessons. Learning to drive is an extreme learning curve and a great accomplishment so picking the right instructor is vital! I went with John, he was a great teacher and with his encouragement to push me, which was what I needed, I was able to pass first time!

Just want to say a massive thanks to John, he is a excellent instructor. Previously I had a few lessons with a different company which I found hard to follow as there was no real relationship between myself and the instructor, with John it was totally different he made me feel relaxed and confident from the very first lesson (being a fellow Chelsea supporter this made it even more easier!!!) I really should of passed first time but a silly mistake by myself caused otherwise but second time as they say in football “it was in the back of the net” I would definitely recommend anyone looking to start taking lessons to go with John as he fills you with confidence from the word go but also makes the lessons enjoyable with all kinds of great stories…So I will say again…Thanks John for making it so easy (and also Chelsea for the Premiership and Champions League double this season…Come on the Chelsea!!!)

John is an incredible driving instructor! After having over 50 hours lessons previously with a different driving school, I learnt so much more with him in just 25 hours and passed my test within a week! I was not the easiest person to teach at all, but John was incredibly patient and never got annoyed despite my numerous repeating of basic mistakes. It was a hard week and at times I got frustrated but John never gave up and always managed to encourage me! Most importantly John doesn’t just teach you to pass but to be a safe and confident driver. Focused and encouraging, John is a highly experienced instructor with quite a character. Count on him to pick apart every aspect of your driving, promoting your good habits and rigorously stamping out your bad habits. Having many pupils with first time passes under his belt, he will focus on developing you into a good driver as well as gearing you towards the practical test. I was a very weak driver three weeks ago with a test fast approaching. Admittedly, I didn’t realise the full extent of this until I made those mistakes on the road. John worked on those mistakes patiently until I was confident in all aspects of driving. He was also very professional and dedicated, working his timetable around mine (I work full time and my hours can be a little uncompromising and sticking to it. I passed first time today!! The lessons were by far the best value for money for the calibre of instructor you’re getting as I’ve trialed AA, RED and two other smaller schools in the past. I believe I could have spent far more time (I did it in under 30 hours) and money if I went with another school in hindsight. Thanks John!!
